There’s a moment (in every?!) creative life when things come back together—not because they stayed the same, but because they were reshaped by experience.
Form & Function Creative is entering one of those moments.
Over the past few years, my work has evolved through change, loss, healing, and return. Weaving has been my constant—a steady rhythm when everything else felt uncertain. What began as a personal practice became a way to listen, to mend, and to remember that making something slowly can be an act of care.
Today, that gathered wisdom is shaping the next chapter of my work through three connected offerings: commissions, workshops, and my slow, handmade collection of art that cultivates joy.
Commissions are collaborative by nature. They’re created for homes and workspaces that want to hold meaning—pieces that mark a transition, honor a story, or simply bring warmth and presence into a space. Each strand is woven with intention, attention, and respect for the process.
Workshops are where I share weaving as both skill and sanctuary. These are beginner-friendly, farm-based experiences rooted in mindfulness and making. You don’t need prior experience—just curiosity and a willingness to slow down. Together, we explore fiber, rhythm, and the quiet confidence that comes from working with your hands.
The Slow Collection is home to slow-crafted fiber art and functional pieces inspired by land, season, and texture. These works are made to be lived with—objects that carry the beauty of imperfection and the joy of the handmade.
This shift isn’t about doing more. It’s about doing what matters most, with clarity and intention.
Whether you’re here to commission a piece, join a workshop, or bring something handmade into your life, I’m so glad you found your way here. This work exists because making—when done with presence—has the power to connect us back to ourselves and to one another.
Welcome to the next chapter.
