Returns

I don't typically offer returns or exchanges on finished products and/or supplies, including kits, but if there is an issue with your purchase please reach out to me at courtney.lacaria@formandfunctioncreative.com and we can work together to find a solution. 

All custom work, commissions and digital workshops/tutorials are final sale.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
